It is with great pride and pleasure that we announce that the Funeral Co-operative of Ottawa has received a Heritage Canada grant via ACFO/Bilingual Ottawa. (ACFO is the Association des communautés francophones d’Ottawa.) The purpose of these grants is to improve linkages between the various communities that constitute the population of our city. In this context, FCO has been awarded $20,000 to organize a series of public, inclusive activities—round tables, circles of reflection, presentations—addressing a variety of subjects related to death or end of life considerations. These activities will be conducted in French and anyone interested in participating will be welcome. They will begin when the COVID-19 crisis is over. Visit this site to stay informed.
