Julie, Aiden and familly
Glenn and I are grateful to have known your Dad, to have shared quaint conversations and moments. I especially am so thankful for his ever so helpfulness and kind open arms, having taken me into your Familly so many years ago. We truly share your sentiments, are here for company or just a chat and feel blessed to be invited for his life celebration on June 28th. Love Senta and Glenn xxx

I only knew Gilles short ten years, but he couldn't have made me more welcome in his family. We spent beautiful family gatherings at your place. I will keep him in good memories ️.

I’m so sorry for your tremendous loss; sending my sincere condolences. I will always remember Gilles as a kind and generous soul, and an amazing person to work for. He treated everyone with respect, always smiling and being supportive, and always made time for the clientele and staff. I will never forget the nickname he gave me - “the Hammer”, a name that I carried with pride as I managed the pub for an amazing ownership group. His impact on all of us continues to live on in the way we work, live and enjoy life. His presence will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. Rest in peace Gilles…
