My wife Carla and I would like to express our deepest sympathies to Mario's entire family and loved ones. I have known Mario since 2005 after he joined the Administration of Villa Marconi. As a former President of the Board of Directors, and a family member of residents at the home, I had the privilege and pleasure to get to know Mario. He had unique skills and was always thoughtful and respectful in his interactions with us and our loved ones. During his time at Villa Marconi, Mario touched many residents, staff, family members and others in a very deep and profound way and I will always remember the positive impact he had on the Villa Marconi Family. We go back a long way.
Throwback of the 70”s and 80”s we arrived , we struggled, we put a brave face and enjoyed the new Canadian dream. We have lots of fond memories.
We cannot foresee the trials and misfortunes along the way, we can only live our lives the best we can. And I sincerely believe, we did.
And now, you have embarked on your final journey. A little too soon, perhaps !
