In Loving Memory of
Frank Stratton
1945 - 2025
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather and friend Frank Stratton, who left us peacefully on August 6, 2025 at his home in Ottawa. He was 80.
Frank’s warmth, wisdom, and quiet strength touched the lives of all who knew him. He lived a life marked by integrity, generosity, and love for his family. Whether through his gentle guidance, unwavering support, or timeless stories he shared with his unique sense of humour, he left an enduring mark on the hearts of everyone privileged to know him.
Born on January 26,1945 in Cornerbrook, Newfoundland, Frank had a lifelong love of learning and a passion for technology, ham radio, music and photography. His curiosity and creativity were constants throughout his life.
Frank was predeceased by his parents Edwin Llewelyn Stratton and Eva White, his brother Herman Lloyd Stratton and his sister Marie Louisa Stratton. He will be deeply missed by his children, Chris, Kaila and Conrad, extended family, and the many friends whose lives he touched.
Though we mourn his passing, we are grateful for the years we shared and the legacy of love, strength, and kindness he leaves behind.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the Funeral C0-operative of Ottawa (419 St. Laurent Blvd.) on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Rest peacefully, Dad. You will always be with us.
