The Proulx family regrets to announce the death of

Mrs Johanne Proulx (née Leblond)

Passed away at the Montfort Hospital on June 20, 2019 at the age of 61. Beloved wife of Marcel Proulx. She is survived by her daughter Melanie (Marc-André Prevost), two adorable grandchildren Yannick and Sabrina. She was predeceased by her father Roland Leblond, her mother Gisele (née Marinier), her brothers Jeannot (Judy Latour) and Raymond (Joanne Niles) and her sister Ginette. She is also survived by Lise, Jacques (Christine Simoneau), Francine (Denis Taillon) and Gilles (Constance Bernard) and several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces.

Funeral Service will take place in St. Jacques Church, 1041 Notre Dame Street, Embrun, ON on Monday, July 8 at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive condolences as of 10:00 a.m.

A sincere thank you to L'Hôpital Montfort for the good care given to my wife Johanne, especially the team on the 3rd.
