Madeline Mae Haché

November 28, 1997 - September 5, 2021

With deepest sorrow we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Madeline at the age of 23 of heart disease.

Born in Oshawa, Ontario, Madeline “Maddie” had lived in Kingston then Brockville for most of her short life. She attended St. Lawrence College in Brockville where she graduated from the PSW Program. Maddie continued her studies in Addictions and Mental Health at the same campus and was just entering her second year. Recently, she had moved to Ottawa to be with her family and her loving partner Brandon.

She is survived by her father Glen (Gladys), her mother Suzanne Grubb Walker (late Jim Walker), her sisters, Maggie, Britton, Blakeney, and her brother Calvin. Beloved granddaughter of Alphonse and Carolle Haché, and Alex and Cathy Grubb. She leaves behind many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at Notre-Dame Cathedral, 385 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, on September 22nd at 10:00.a.m. 

Donations in her memory made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute are greatly appreciated.
