FUNERAL CO-OPERATIVE OF OTTAWA (FCO)
VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023
Dear Members:
The 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Funeral Co-operative of Ottawa will take place on Wednesday May 31, 2023 beginning at 7:00 P.M. ET. The meeting will be conducted online through the ZOOM virtual platform.
How do I participate?
STEP 1 - Register
Only FCO members may vote at the Annual Meeting. Please register early to help us know how many members will be participating. Registration only takes a few moments. Please click on this link to register: info@fco-cfo.coop
What happens after I register?
Once you have registered, you will receive by email the Zoom link to join the meeting, as well as the official Agenda and the 2022 audited financial statements.
STEP 2 - Join the Meeting
Between 6:45 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET on May 31, click the “join the meeting” link you will have received with your confirmation of registration. A moderator will welcome you. The meeting will start promptly at 7 p.m.
What is on the Agenda for this meeting?

Will I be asked to vote on any resolutions?
There are no resolutions to be voted on at this year’s Annual Meeting.
Are there nominations for the Board of Directors to be voted on at this year’s Annual Meeting?
The official Call for Nominations for the Board of Directors was issued on April 8, 2023. Two members of the Board are leaving their positions this year.
Nominations for the Board of Directors will close on April 28, 2023. At that time, the list of candidates will be published and communicated to all FCO members.
