FUNERAL CO-OPERATIVE OF OTTAWA (FCO)
VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024
Dear Members:
The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Funeral Co-operative of Ottawa (FCO) will take place on Thursday May 30, 2024 beginning at 7:00 P.M. EST. The meeting will be conducted online through the ZOOM virtual platform.
How do I participate?
STEP 1 - Register
Only FCO members may vote at the Annual Meeting. Please register early to help us know how many members will be participating. Registration only takes a few moments. Please click on this link to register: info@fco-cfo.coop and use AGM in the Subject line.
What happens after I register?
Once you have registered, you will receive by email the Zoom link to join the meeting, as well as the official Agenda and the 2023 audited financial statements.
STEP 2 - Join the Meeting
Between 6:45 p.m. and 7 p.m. EST on May 30, click the “join the meeting” link you will have received with your confirmation of registration. A moderator will welcome you. The meeting will start promptly at 7 p.m. sharp.
What is on the Agenda for this meeting?

Will I be asked to vote on any resolutions?
There will be one official resolution to be voted on at this year’s Annual Meeting. A copy of the resolution will be included in the information package being sent out to all members who register.
Are there nominations for the Board of Directors to be voted on at this year’s Annual Meeting?
The official Call for Nominations for the Board of Directors was posted on the FCO Website on April 10, 2024. 2 members of the Board are leaving their positions this year (end of terms of office; resignations).
Nominations for the Board of Directors will close on April 30, 2024. At that time, the list of candidates will be published and communicated to all FCO members.
