FUNERAL CO-OPERATIVE OF OTTAWA (FCO)VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025
Dear Members: The 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Funeral Co-operative of Ottawa (FCO) will take place on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. EDT. The meeting will be conducted online through the Zoom platform.
How do I Participate?
STEP 1 - Register
Only FCO members may vote at the Annual Meeting. Please register early to help us know how many members will be participating. Registration only takes a few moments. Please send an e-mail message to this address to register: info@fco-cfo.coop. Indicate “AGM” in the subject line and include your name in the message.
Once you have registered, you will receive by email the Zoom link to join the meeting, as well as the official agenda and the 2024 audited financial statements.
Please keep that email in order to log into the meeting May 28.
Note of Interest – we will be having a Guest Speaker during the AGM on “The Good Funeral”
STEP 2 - Join the Meeting
Between 6:45 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. EDT on May 28, click on the “Join the Meeting” link you will have received with your confirmation of registration. A moderator will welcome you. The meeting will start promptly at 7:00 p.m. EDT.
Are there nominations for the Board of Directors to be voted on at this year’s AGM?
The official Call for Nominations for the Board of Directors was posted on the FCO Website on March 28, 2025. There are two positions on the Board to fill this year. Nominations for the Board of Directors will close on April 28, 2025. At that time, the list of candidates will be published and communicated to all FCO members.
